Privacy policy

GZ Scripts (scripts.genzee.dev) is run by Genzee LLC. We are responsible for the personal data described here that we receive. Tebex Limited is responsible for the data it collects at checkout, under its own privacy policy.

The site is a set of static pages with no server of our own behind it. To make the cart and checkout work, it saves a few items in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us:

• your cart (which scripts you added) and any codes you typed
• a reference to your Tebex basket while checkout is open
• your Discord sign-in, if checkout asks you to connect Discord
• your choice to turn page motion off or on, if you make one

The cookie policy lists each item and how long it lasts.

Your browser talks directly to Tebex to build your basket and take payment, and to Cfx.re when you sign in to receive your scripts. Tebex collects your payment details and the information it needs to process the order. We never see your card or bank details.

Tebex shares order information with us so we can deliver licences, give support and prevent fraud. This may include your name, email address, country, IP address, Cfx.re username and what you bought.

If checkout asks you to connect Discord, Discord shares your Discord ID, username and avatar, and whether you're in our server, once you approve it on Discord's screen. Your Discord ID is added to your Tebex order so the Tebex bot can give you your customer roles.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. If a product page shows a YouTube video, it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may set cookies once you play it.

• to deliver what you bought and keep your licence working
• to answer support requests
• to prevent fraud and handle payment disputes
• to keep the records that tax and accounting laws require

If you're in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the store, and our legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

This site doesn't sign you up to any mailing list. Tebex sends your receipt. If we ever send marketing emails, we'll only do so with your permission, and every one will include a link to unsubscribe.

We keep order information for as long as your licence is active and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Items in your browser stay until you clear them or finish checkout.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To make a request, message us in our Discord or email [email protected] and tell us the Cfx.re username or email address used on the order. We'll confirm it's you before acting, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as proof of a sale for tax. For data Tebex holds, contact Tebex as well, since it controls its own checkout records.

To remove everything this site saved in your browser right now, use the button below. It empties your cart and signs out of checkout on this device.

The store isn't aimed at children. You must be at least 16 to buy, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.

The services behind the store operate in several countries, including the United States (Cloudflare, Discord) and the United Kingdom (Tebex), so your data may be processed outside the country you live in.
