Terms of service

GZ Scripts (scripts.genzee.dev) is run by Genzee LLC (“we”, “us”). Our registered address is 4627 Halls Mill Crossing, Ellenton, FL 34222. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Purchases are processed by Tebex Limited, which resells our licences as the merchant of record. Tebex takes the payment, calculates any tax, and issues your receipt. When you pay, you also agree to Tebex's checkout terms. If those terms and ours differ on payment, Tebex's terms apply to the payment.

Each purchase is a non-exclusive licence tied to the Cfx.re account that paid for it. It is delivered as an asset grant to the account you sign in with at checkout, and you download the script from Keymaster. You can run the script on any FiveM server under that account, and we don't limit how many servers or what kind.

A subscription licence (a monthly plan or a pass) lasts while the subscription is active. It renews every period until you cancel it in Tebex, and when it ends the scripts it delivered are removed from your Cfx.re account. See the refund policy for how cancelling works.

The licence can't be transferred to, shared with or used through any other Cfx.re account. Ownership of the script stays with us.

You may edit the configuration and other files we leave open, for use on your own servers.

• share, resell, sublicense, give away or upload the script or any part of it, paid or free
• remove or bypass its licensing or Cfx.re asset protection, or try to recover protected code
• pass off the script, its design or its assets as your own work
• use it in a way that breaks the law or the FiveM platform terms

If you break these rules, we may revoke your licence and remove any related Discord roles, without a refund.

Prices are shown before checkout in the currency displayed. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated by Tebex and shown before you pay. There are no other fees from us. Coupon codes, creator codes and gift cards are applied in checkout and follow the conditions they were issued with.

Products marked “In development” or priced “TBA” are not for sale yet, and what they include may change before release.

All sales are final. See the refund policy for the details and for the rights consumer law gives you.

We provide updates and support through our Discord. We aim to keep each script working with the FiveM versions and frameworks listed on its product page, but we can't promise a timeline for fixes or new features, or that a script will work alongside every other resource.

Buying and using our scripts relies on services we don't run, including Tebex, Cfx.re (FiveM and Keymaster) and Discord. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their availability.

You must be at least 16 years old to buy from the store, which matches Tebex's checkout terms. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Apart from what we say on each product page, the scripts are provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.

Performance figures such as “0.00ms idle” are the goal every script is built toward, reached at launch or through updates. They are measured on our own test servers, and results on yours depend on your setup, so we don't guarantee a specific reading. Cfx.re asset escrow protects the code, but no protection can fully stop determined cracking.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue or server downtime, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

GZ Scripts, the GenZee name and logo, and our product names belong to Genzee LLC. GZ Scripts is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. FiveM and Grand Theft Auto are trademarks of their respective owners.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
